Why Do I Need A Service Contract?


To budget for fixed costs. Most manufacturers offer at least a 1 year warranty. This is all well and good, but who pays for the parts and  labor required to identify simple malfunctions from truly faulty parts after the warranty has expired?  We have developed a low cost, full coverage service agreement to continue coverage on your equipment as well as the labor needed to replace/repair those parts.  

How much does it cost?  


Service contracts can be as little as $200 per year for coverage on your phone system, optional accessories and voicemail systems. With a maintenance contract you are ensured that your phone system is never down for long and you will never have to pay for a new part when damage is experienced through normal use. In addition, common maintenance practices, such as moves, adds, and changes are provided on a priority bases.  

A KB-24 Service Agreement includes: 

Complete coverage / Includes switches, phones, voice mail

Customized service agreements / 3-month, 6-month, 1-year

Prioritized response for failures to minimize downtime

Replacement of defective equipment at no cost to avoid unexpected expenses

 

Service agreement holders have access to:

  1. Free Part Replacement - If your telecom equipment experiences failure during normal use we will replace it  and install it for free. Now your phone system can be fully insured.

  2. Priority Status - All contracted customers receive priority status for parts and services over  non-contracted customers.
